I know what it feels like to be in survival mode. I’ve been there too—juggling responsibilities, neglecting my own needs, and reaching a point where something had to give. Creating healthy boundaries, reclaiming my energy, and prioritising ‘me time’ changed everything—and now I help other women do the same.
