The Self Centred Hub has been created by Leonie Huie BEM, our self-care mentor breathwork + meditation coach.
She is a champion for self-care which she truly believes isn't a selfish act, but one that should be embraced on a daily basis.

 

Leonie is a working mother of 3 who wanted to create a safe space for like minded women that need to improve their wellbeing by offering workshops and events that educate and empower them to incorporate

micro self-care habits around their busy lifestyle.

Her intentions are to explore different ways to relax, unwind, reduce levels of stress and burnout through self-care,

breathwork + meditation.

 

Leonie focuses on intentional living and loves collaborating with brands and companies that align with her beliefs and values of women's wellness. Her goal is to help more women embark on a transformational journey of well-being incorporating self-care, breathwork and meditation into their daily lives.
