The Self Centred Hub was created by Leonie Huie BEM, our
self-care mentor and breathwork + meditation coach.
She is a champion for self-care which she truly believes isn't a selfish act, but one that should be embraced on a daily basis.

 

Leonie wanted to create a soulful safe space where a community of women can come together to improve their self-care and wellness offering workshops, talks and events to connect with others, empower and inspire beautiful minds. Her intentions are to explore different ways to relax, unwind, reduce levels of stress and burnout, and improve mental health and wellness through breathwork + meditation.

 

Leonie loves collaborating with brands and companies that align with her intentions and values where she believes the true magic of self-care takes place and wants more women to embark on a transformational journey of self-care for their well-being.

What is Self-Care?

Self-care is the intentional practice of prioritising your well-being by nurturing your physical, emotional, and mental health.
It involves engaging in activities that promote self-love and acknowledging that taking time for yourself is essential, not indulgent. Through consistent self-care, you can experience significant improvement in your overall quality of life, as it helps to reduce stress, boost resilience, and enhance your sense of inner peace. By embracing self-care, you create a strong foundation for continuous personal growth and a deeper connection with yourself.
