Niching your business sounds like a fancy word, but in actual fact it is a very important word because sometimes the clients you are serving might be too broad leaving you feeling unsure of who your actual client’s needs. A business niche is an area of expertise in which you will specialise that serves a certain market or group of people to differentiate themselves from their competition.
This helps to form the type of products/services your business will focus on and the customers you'll attract. For example, I'm a coach, but there are many different types of coaches such as a life coach, football coach, health coach etc. I specialise in mindset and business coaching, working with women helping them take care of themselves so that they can take care of their business. My clients are women, I have a connection with them, I know I can transform their live through the power of mindset and meditation - these women speak the same language I do! These are all important to me and when you are finding your niche (or tribe) you need to think about the people you’re selling to and how best you can serve them.
This guide will help you do just that by teaching you the importance of a business niche, providing you with information and questions to get you thinking about your niche and how you can sell your product(s) or service(s) to your customers.
