what is self-care mentoring for mums?

It involves understanding the unique challenges and responsibilities that mothers face and tailoring guidance and strategies to meet their specific needs. This include helping mums carve out time for themselves amidst their busy schedules, identifying self-care practices that resonate with them, such as mindfulness, relaxation techniques, exercise, or creative pursuits, and providing tools to overcome obstacles and barriers to self-care.

Self-care mentoring for mums also encompasses addressing issues related to stress, burnout, and overwhelm, offering emotional support, and empowering mums to prioritise their own well-being without feeling guilty. The ultimate goal is to help mums cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, resilience, and confidence, enabling them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

What's included in the mentoring?

-You’ll receive 6 weeks of mentoring over 3 bi-weekly sessions via Zoom.
-Effective self-care goal setting and planning with actionable strategies.
-Simple self-care tools to help you improve your wellness holistically.
-Support via text and WhatsApp.
-Regular feedback, advice and accountability.
-How to incorporate daily affirmations to help start each day positively
